This may turn out to be a short blog today (was that a sigh of relief i heard then??) but i am so SHATTERED from my work out(s) today i think even the task of typing is a challenging one! Didnt make boxing last night but went for a run with my neighbor instead (pictures attached) – felt fantastic after my run (even though i didnt look it (picture attached) !!!) and even MORE fantastic to get back to my home made low carb Veg Madras……mmmmmmm.
This morning woke up (on time this time round) and decided to carry on with my fitness “kick” and run to work (about 1.5 miles) and then run back later…….FORGETTING i had a session with my personal trainer. ARRRGGGHHH.
I’ve been getting a bit happy-snappy with my camera you may have noticed and Adam ( personal trainer) was a little confused to get “papped” when getting out the car. I’m sure he thinks i’m a bit mental. Well he certainly put me through my paces ! I though he might go easy on my due to my run this morning but he seemed to think that my run was a good warm up…. You can go off some people cant you.
Been filling in my little diary too – and its a bit disconcerting how easy i’m finding this diet. I’m not starving or weak which i have found with past low carb diets. I’m sure there is some pain to follow. Having said that the weekend is upon us and these are always tough times for me. We have quite and active social life and avoiding beer and naughty food is going to be hard. Although i am going to treat my self to my allowance tomorrow – got a big gathering with some old friends so i think i’ll have deserved it by then, after my hike up The Wrekin and riding my horse on Saturday i will have banked up enough credit for a little splash out – considering i’ve been SO good….for 3 days

Well my stomach says its tea time so i must obey my master !! Going to make a spag bol with out the spag
