Woke up late for work this morning feel shattered! Again Im told this is a Good thing ! J Got to work on time but flustered and looking a little disheveled! Had a Caf Latte Shake for breakfast and an apple for Snack and Ive just sat down for my Vanilla lunch both very sweet but not bad not my favorite but Im not really into sweet things. Cant wait till Monday so I can choose my own packs I cant even look at the banana or strawberry without feeling icky! I really dont like artificial banana or strawberry flavourings it reminds me of being sick as a kid and being force fed banana medicine!
ANYWAY enough of my moaning managed to get a run in last night only about a mile and a half because I was going shopping and had to walk back.thought I might look a bit batty running with handfuls of shopping backs, and as I sometimes help campaign for Cats Kradle (local voluntary cat rescue service) I thought it might re-enforce that mad old cat woman image.. On the way back I got DROWNED but I didnt mind cause I had my dinner to look forward too then out with one of the girls (Princess Sarah) to discuss my latest diet journey (and gossip a fair bit) Woo hoo.
Hubby is really happy for me and want to help out anyway he can the little diamond J – although he did stifle a little titter when I mentioned my wine rations. Got Boxing to look forward to tonight or maybe another run at the gym, but Ive got my personal trainer coming tomorrow so might reserve my energy for him!! Im doing The Wrekin in Telford on Saturday which is a walk up the side of a massive steep hill, so Saturday might be my last post if I dont survive it Ive done it loads before but not for ages. I will get some start and end photos which I’m sure will be good for a laugh!
Had a bit of a flap yesterday about what I was going to cook for tea last night, being a vegetarian carbs are the basis of all my meals spag bog, jacket taters, Chow Mein etc etc so to take that out was a bit daunting I emailed the CS Team and I got a call back pretty much straight away and a very nice lady talked me through all the options to me and basically I was looking too deeply into it. After a little pep talk I googled some of the low carb recipes on line and came up with a few simple meals to start with till I get a bit better at knowing what’s allowed or not. Im the end had a big plate of green veg with cauliflower mash (good mash potato substitute) and Quorn Chicken fillets and gravy very nice. Got lots of ideas for meals now like Yuk Sung made with Quorn Mince. Mmmmmmm *drool*
Well got a full schedule tonight so Ill sign off till tomorrow
