Bye bye week 1……a big hello to week 2……………..
So week 1 is over and week 2 has started. I’ve had a really good week this week; I’ve been working my big butt off, trying to incorporate celebrity slim into my every day life which can be hard sometimes. Since starting this “health regime” I’ve been cooking every single night and I now feel like I’m a contestant on master chef!!! All my hard work paid off and I lost 10pounds last week….woo!!
By the end of last week i felt more energetic and happier to exercise in the mornings but now I feel DEAD!!! I’ve become ill over the weekend and have a fever, swollen tonsils, headache, and earache and just feel ultimately crappy. So not a good start to week two, I’ve been advised by the docs and by the lovely lady from Rowland’s pharmacy to avoid any exercise and to expect very little or no weight loss this week………..not really happy about not being able to do anything but if I want to get better i think i should just rest this week and then put my all in next week.
Wish me luck guys…i think ill need it.
